Wendy Cohen

Biography

Wendy Cohen is a Sydney-based artist who has earned BFA and MFA degrees. She has exhibited her work at New York Art Expo, Art Spectrum Miami, Art San Diego, and The Other Art Fair, Sydney. She has been published in various art books and received a Top 60 Masters by Art Tour International Award 2021. Her art practice depicts energy and movement that rotates with an interplay of various shapes, tones of colour, and light. The viewer is invited to participate in the depth and mystery of the 3D effects created with diverse shapes, colors, lines, and forms. Her works are imbued with a sense of curiosity, wonderment, and intrigue and her aim is to create a whimsical, vibrant genre that brings to life recycled and found materials.
