Artist Statement

My life is itself who I experience and it is evidence of my life.
The oriental Buddhist philosophy that all things works mysteriously without a true substance is the basis of my work. but I am not a religious person.
My life and art is based on my own philosophical thoughts and experiences.
I am interested in the philosophy of reflections on all beings, and my works use symbols, metaphors and imagery in the metaphysical world to express phenomena such as the nature of life, or the principle of the universe. Also, I try to focus on the essence of life by establishing core values, and at the same time, I am trying to sublimate it into my works.
Philosophical considerations on A Visible world and An Invisible world.

What first prompted you to think of becoming an artist?

Just naturally.. Since childhood

What kind of an artist do you ultimately see yourself?

The thinker. A time traveller.

What are you hoping to communicate to the viewer through your work?

But may I ask, what is the essence of communication?
I think recollection is one of the most important parts of human life, It is evidence of existence as an integration of consciousness and unconsciousness. And recollection is the results and the whole process of all forms of communication.
Communication is a complex and sophisticated essay on memory, time, space and the meaning of action within the conflict between reason and emotion. But for me, true communication is a soul resonance, beyond the time frame. I try to listen to all the conceptions of all things, have an open mind and remember what resonates, and I do work like that. My work is serious. The whole purpose of my paintings is to make the viewer think and feel differently. Because how you(-the viewer) view things may not be how they really are, and anything essential is invisible to the eyes.

Can you explain the process of creating your work?

meditation.. journey of the imagination.. conceptualize.. with (or sometimes without) a rough sketch.. throw myself into my work (painting or sculpture or photography)

What is your favourite part of the creative process?

I don't have. There's no part of that I like or dislike.
Balance is what it’s really about, I think that that is a vital part of the whole process. And I just try my best at every moment.

Can you give us an insight into current projects and inspiration, or what we can look forward to from you in the near future?

So far, for a few minutes, you have read and seen my 5 answers.
But I'll let you hear.. your own sounds from inside of you through my works, the voice of insight and reflection on the existence.
