Artist Statement

My passion for geometry and the nature of all brings my art alive. Through symbolism I tell stories of science, astronomy, spiritualism, futurism and love. My research on quantum Mechanics and ancient history has strongly influence my latest work. With symmetry and the colours of consciousness I try communicate with the viewer soul sending messages of unity and strength and showing the universe through numbers and colours. We are the love, the stars. Gold represents energy, the matrix that creates and unites all.

What first prompted you to think of becoming an artist?

Everyone has a hidden talent inside in a way or another, art is a wide concept, if we take it as an unique way of self expression it has been a childhood dream.

What kind of an artist do you ultimately see yourself?

My paintings reflect a journey of knowledge through imagination. I see myself as a fine artist that is passionate about geometry, science, mother nature and I have an obsession with the precision of detail. When I want to design there are not many boundaries from paper to wood, canvas, doors, smooth walls, brick and lately also digital. Acrylics, brushes and geometrical tools are the core of my designs.

What are you hoping to communicate to the viewer through your work?

I want to entangle with their consciousness by using geometry, symmetry and the colours of the chakras taking the viewer to a peaceful state of mind. All my paintings tell a story, from quantum mechanics to futuristic landscapes.

Can you explain the process of creating your work?

It all starts with a geometrical game of partitions and calculations that like magic awake my imagination. Then the stories start to come up. Then comes the colours. My language is established, like gold colour that is for energy and connections and the others the colours the reflection of nature and the soul. To make the paintings very powerful I apply many brush strokes of paint that makes the work energetic and immersive in a very special way.

What is your favourite part of the creative process?

The very beginning . I adore the pencil on canvas with all the calculations . lines and shades start to appear like they always were there with a story to tell.

Can you give us an insight into current projects and inspiration, or what we can look forward to in the near future?

My inspirations are constant, the moon, the sun, the power of nature over us, the influence of the planets over all, the invisible energy that connects us all, futurism, sacred geometry. 2021 has started amazingly well, published in The World of Interiors, House & Garden, Magazine & Spotlight Magazine. Received three awards and all of them are for a career accomplishment , as you can imagine makes me feel over the moon. Will be published in four books, one of them in the Middle East as one of the most investable artist of the year, also I will be seen in various art magazines in the next couple of months, The journey of my creative process is an everyday challenge ,for the first time I am working on two large canvases that once finished will connect together. This is a very long and hard project that gives me the opportunity to express my art with a different perspective.
