CRITIC’S REVIEW by art curator Vanessa Viti of MADS MILANO gallery, Italy:
ARTIST STATEMENT:
Throughout my life, I have been having a lot of spiritual experiences- for over more than a decade. During these epiphanies, I get shifted to a state of trance and lucid dreams. I have also experienced my body physically getting lifted in air & transporting into a new dimension.
But the incident that specifically started my art journey happened about 2 years ago. I clearly remember the day, I was immersed in a spa in a parlor and fell off in a state of a deep sleep, where I started having lucid 5D dreams again, with very beautiful, out of the world visions and images. Unlike before, this event was so compelling that when I came back home, I knew I had to draw what I saw. And this became the start of my journey as a painter. Hence, Art chose me.
I read the Van Gogh’s quote much after my own experiences, which echo him – “I dream my painting and paint my dream”
My works speak of my inner world- which is trance like, deep, mystic yet blissful and illuminated. I have been told all my works are very unique and never seen before. And that they all speak of a mystic, psychedelic & deep dream effect.

What first prompted you to think of becoming an artist?
I was never a painter. In fact art chose me. I been having a lot of metaphysical experiences since more than a decade. In these experiences i fall into a state of trance and get lucid dreams . I have also experienced levitating and being transported into a 5D world. About a two years ago, i still clearly remember the day when my lucid dreams prompted me to start painting. I was immersed in a spa in a parlor and fell off in a state of a deep sleep, where I started having lucid 5D dreams again, with very beautiful, out-of-the-world visions and images. Unlike my prior experiences, this was very compelling because I felt the need to draw these visions when I got home. My body physically could not resist drawing. And that is how I started drawing --just 2 years ago.
What kind of an artist do you ultimately see yourself?
As I mentioned, Art chose me. In fact, I read Van Gogh's quote much after my own experience -" I dream my painting and paint my dreams". Hence I am always guided by my intuition and my epiphanies as an artist.
What are you hoping to communicate to the viewer through your work?
“Respect an artist’s desire to express first rather than passing critique on the skill of the art. Art is not science. Having said that, since there are no rules– any form of art– abstract or realism is fine,” Art for whatever reason is more than acceptable, whether it’s for making a profit, is a hobby, or as fulfilment of a dream, the artist should be celebrated before art can be seen as a science or discipline.
Can you explain the process of creating your work?
I am guided by my visions and lucid dreams. I fall in a state of trance when i paint and it is more than redeeming - it is something i cant help cause i feel i am being guided to paint and feel pure other worldly bliss when i am painting. I don't have method as i never learnt to paint.
What is your favourite part of the creative process?
When the painting gives me a Woah moment is when I call it done. Finishing on that note is what I love
Can you give us an insight into current projects and inspiration, or what we can look forward to from you in the near future?
I keep busy with painting and selling my artworks to collectors. I am currently converting a few pieces to NFT (Non Fungible Token) & will soon be exhibiting in Brussels & Italy.
