Artist Statement
When lines and colors directly express emotions, thoughts, and perceptions, we have injected consciousness into them. The colors are constantly updated and enlarged in the interweaving and collision, generating new visual energy and forms, and deducing the vivid state of life.
What first prompted you to think of becoming an artist?
First, I like to paint everything, later I found that I can express my ideas through painting, being able to do art is a pleasure and my fate.
What kind of an artist do you ultimately see yourself?
Actually even I don't know, I still like to paint what I thinking every day, wish to be a unique artist.
What are you hoping to communicate to the viewer through your work?
Through thoughtful, sentimental works of art that truly express my feelings to impress the viewer.
Can you explain the process of creating your work?
First, I have got an impulse to express, then make a lot of sketches to plan and present, it often needs to be revised many times from the beginning to the ends of the work, this is a process of continuous overlap and improvement of my consciousness.
What is your favorite part of the creative process?
The creative process is always pleasant, consciousness will drive the development of emotion. When each step is finished and reach my expectation, that is the happiest time.
Can you give us an insight into current projects and inspiration, or what we can look forward to from you in the near future?
