Interview with Elena Grishaeva Dj Le Nochka
Can you tell us about the moment when you decided to pursue a career as an artist?
I started my creative career in early childhood, I admired the work of oil paints on paintings by famous artists. I hid from my parents for about nine years to paint my first oil painting, of course I did not follow the technology, because I did not know about them, and the painting took a strangely long time to dry.The childhood dream of being an artist never left me ,and I just followed it throughout my life .
What kind of artist do you ultimately see yourself as?
I see myself as myself, and I like this most of all in my work. I love creativity for the lack of restrictions and therefore I mix different types of art since I am a multipotential .In my case , it is impossible to talk about the final result .The more I create , the more new ideas I have .therefore , sometimes I can simply suspend my activities if I feel the need to do so .
What do you want your art to convey to the people who see it? What is the meaning or creative motivation of your work?
The main purpose of my paintings is to seif in history the interesting moments that occur in the world .For example , one of my collections is about universal love for cats .Cats , like no one else , are able to fill the void in the hearts of people in our very complex world today .Many cats have become famous, which was not in history before , and I decided to keep this interesting moment .
Can you tell us about the process you use to create your works? What is your typical workday routine?
It 's very personal , I don 't like it when someone sees my unfinished paintings or wants to get into my studio, it distracts me a lot, and I like to immerse myself in the process 100 percent. I have two periods in my creative work when I am working on a project and when I am engaged in exhibition or other activities and I try to separate them .
Where do you get inspiration? What motivates you to create?
My main source of inspiration is traveling, it is during them that I get a lot of ideas, I just write them down. And then I think about it and already implement it in the workshop and there is no need to motivate me, I just love it
What has been your most outstanding achievement to date?
The project that was created for the Guinness Book of Records is the world's largest painting with cats in my suprecatizm style from the Love Dose collection .This collection is not only artistic, but also musical. With this painting, I have been repeatedly awarded and nominated for world art awards.
I was also lucky to be at the Pierre Cardin Festival with my paintings Suprecatizm by Malevich ,which got into his collection.
And I also consider the collection of my paintings of yachts on the Cote d 'Azur to be a great achievement.
What are your ultimate career goals?
I want to leave a creative mark in the history of art, which I have already done . Since the Italian publishing house La Notizia, credit.
The second online volume of biographies of contemporary Artists
from 1950 to the present day after "The Lives of Vasari", there you can read about the maestro of painting about who inspired me, and my works have already got there, which I am very happy about , but still I don 't want to stop there.
What are you currently working on, and what can we expect from you in the near future?
Now I travel a lot and create my nft artistic and musical project .I participate in the exhibition taking place during the Venice Biennale 2024 with a new collection of Suprecatizm "Wild cats".
And there are many other things about which I 'd rather keep silent for now .
