Biography

My name is Ernestine Haidenkummer, I am an Austrian artist and live in the city of Kapfenberg in Styria.
In 2006, as a self-taught artist, I discovered my love and passion for painting. I paint everything I like, from abstract to representational, from portraits to erotic pictures and I love painting cubism pictures in my own style and the black and white checkerboard patterns in my pictures have now become recognizable. I am also involved in sculpture construction.

I am inspired by life, nature and the beauties of this world, I let my soul relax when I paint, because color is like music in my pictures.
I can already look back on many successful exhibitions and participation in international art projects.

My first big success was being elected to the semifinals at Swissartexpo 2019 with Artbox.Projects with my picture "Cubism - my art" and the subsequent invitation of the picture to Art Week Miami and also in 2020 as a semifinalist at Artbox.Projects World 1.0 with my picture "Madame."

Another big success in 2022 was the selection of my picture "Only for You" as one of the best 50 pictures by international artists at World Wide Galleries and an art sponsorship contract from the art platform Artboxy, where 3 of my pictures toured the world for a year and were presented in excellent galleries became.

In the last few months I have also been recognized with 7 Artistic Excellence Awards, 5 Finalist Awards, 1 Creative Excellence Award, 1 Honorable Mention Award, 2 Masterful Mind Awards and also in 2024 as one of 50 artists worldwide with the Global Art Virtuoso: Elite Artistic Career Achievement Award, as well as a 2-page article of my work in The Luxury Collection of Contemporary Artistry.

I was also nominated for the art prize in Germany in 2023 with two pictures, where one picture made it to 7th place.

Artist Statement

I am an Austrian artist and in 2006 I discovered my love and passion for painting.
And I created abstract, representational, portrait and erotic pictures, but I especially love painting cubist pictures in my own style.

Every brush stroke on my pictures reveals precision and my feeling for color and aesthetics; all of my works are unique, because the black and white checkerboard patterns are the crowning glory of my pictures.
