James Jean
James Jean was born in 1979 in Taipei, Taiwan. He graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York.
He is an award winning illustrator living in Los Angeles. He is an acclaimed cover artist for DC Comics, garnering three consecutive Eisner awards, two Harvey awards, two gold medals and a silver from the Society of Illustrators of LA, and a gold medal from the Society of Illustrators of NY. His clients include Time Magazine, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Spin, ESPN, Atlantic Records, Target, Playboy, Knopf, among others.
