Interview with Les Oeuvres d'Eos
EOS is a minimalist cosmic painter. Eos is one of the most appealing pseudonyms, since it symbolizes the goddess of dawn among the Romans and whom Homer nicknamed “The goddess with the fingers of roses. » Even more promising, she is the herald of the arrival of light. Which is a beautiful similarity with the work of our young artist EOS, playing on universal light and chiaroscuro games when she works on the nude in a mixed technique draped in mystery and enigmatic poetics. A sort of veiled beauty of the inaccessible woman residing in our dreams. EOS is a multidisciplinary artist. EOS, Laura, had some favorable predestinations since she comes from a family of Polish artists, which, let's face it, can in no way harm the prospects of a multidimensional artistic career. EOS transports us into an imaginary cosmic space between sky and earth. Our friend embeds in her works minerals symbolizing the infinity of universal time, thus we find graphites, agates, amethysts, moldavite, etc... We perceive in her like a celestial memory which is set ablaze, furtive planets , Saturnian shadows and Milky Way dust. EOS would like to be able to caress the eternal. It leads us towards the unknown at the heart of a sort of alphabet of silence. EOS forces reflection by reminding us that perhaps all journeys return to knock on the doors of memory, ... In fact, we are here confronted with the gaze of the poet who is directed towards the celestial vaults, towards infinity. EOS travels to the stars, wraps itself in the milky way, dances to the music of the spheres, ... nomad of eternity, spinner of the dreams of the first morning of the world... By its mysterious tears of light, we are led towards the unknown, can -maybe we will encounter the shadow of destiny there.

Growing up in a family of Polish intellectuals and aristocrats, how did your early environment in Warsaw shape your approach to art and creativity?
I participated in the creations of my Aunt and Uncle who were studying Fine Arts. They were able to access Higher Studies after the collapse of Communism: because Studies were then no longer prohibited to People who opposed to Communism. It was very nice, I was 5-6 years old then and I posed for their Creations, I observed them working, and I made some Creations.
You began your artistic journey as a muse in sculpted, painted, and scripted creations. How did this experience influence your transition to becoming an artist yourself?
I found it fascinating what other Artists could achieve from poses, and I wanted to Create it myself. One day I had a revelation: like a Spiritual connection that was always there, but sleeping in my Soul, and so I started painting, before I only did scenic creations, because first i worked only like a Model and Actress.
Your work spans various disciplines, including painting and illustration. Can you discuss how your art has evolved over the years and what inspired these changes?
The first answer is age: I have become more mature. The 2nd is this revealed connection: I am interested in the Universe, in our Celestial vibration.
Your art is highly sought after by collectors interested in Alchemical Art. Could you explain what Alchemical Art means to you and how you incorporate it into your work?
In my conception of Art, the Artist receives the Message from the Universe, from the Celestial, and he transcribes it through a Creation. It's like a kind of Message left on Earth and coming from Heaven. The People who buy my Paintings are sensitive to this vibration. This is what I call Alchemical Art, it is Magic. In French, Magic is the Soul that acts (La Magie = L'Ame Agit).
Having traveled extensively to places like France, Poland, Switzerland, the United States, and Africa, how have these diverse cultures influenced your artistic style and themes?
I am sensitive to the words, to the philosophies of different Cultures. Each time I take what is most Positive in each Culture, in each Philosophy. For example, I greatly appreciate the Humanism of French Culture, Africans taught me the importance of the word "Together", I have in the bottom of my Heart the Slavic Soul which is that of my origins, Switzerland represents for me appeasement, and the United States Openness to everything is possible. It is more my Thoughts which are imbued and which guide my Creations.
You are described as a 'minimalist cosmic painter'. Can you elaborate on this style and what it represents in your work?
It is an appellation of Michel Bénard who is Laureate of the French Academy, Knight in the Order of Arts and Letters, Poeta Honoris Causa.
He wanted to highlight the fact that my ArtWorks from the “Infini” Collection are simple and linked to the Cosmos, therefore with this Celestial vibration.
Your pseudonym, EOS, symbolizes the Roman goddess of dawn. How does this identity reflect in your artistic vision and the themes you explore?
Indeed, Eos is indeed this Goddess. It is reflected in all my Collections by the dimension of the link between Heaven and Earth. Dawn evokes this link between Heaven and Earth. It is particularly in the Collection of Self-Portraits that we can find it, with the conception of Eternity represented by Women. Eos is also a determined Woman, which I am.
You are known for your unique use of mixed techniques and chiaroscuro in nudes. Could you share more about your choice of mediums and techniques, especially your approach to light and shadow?
It is especially on the Artworks of the Collection dedicated to Women. It is a question of allowing a glimpse of the minimum and of suggesting by the imagination of the Spectator.
Your works often incorporate minerals like graphite, agate, and moldavite. What is the significance of these elements in your art?
Each stone has a different meaning. Their uses concern the “Eveil & Pierre” Collection. Graphites are the symbol of rooting to the Earth, and a real shield against harmful energies.
Amethysts are very good minerals to promote calm and Serenity. Agates are very good stones to clean the emotional charge.
Your art has been described as an exploration of celestial memories and a journey towards the unknown. How do you translate these philosophical themes into visual art, and what message do you hope to convey to your audience?
Each of my Collections transcribes a part of this Message. What I want to do and which works well: because my Buyers, or those who simply come to contemplate tell me it, is to remind us that we are Celestial Beings. The majority of Human have forgotten it through unhealthy manipulations: we must remember it, because it is one of the conditions for our Spiritual Freedom.
