Artwork Subject Matter

The artworks you upload will not include pornographic, sexually explicit, violent or racist material.
If we find that the artworks you uploaded matching this criterion, we can withdraw your submission and refund you the participation fee.

Copyright Information

By submitting artworks for participation in Online Art Exhibition, you are stipulating to us that you own the copyright to these artworks or have permission from the copyright holder to submit these artworks. 
You are granting Contemporary Art Curator Magazine a non-exclusive license to show the artworks in the Online Art Exhibition, publish your artworks on the Contemporary Art Curator Magazine, and publish these artworks on social media accounts connected to Contemporary Art Curator Magazine.
Should you, for any reason, wish your artworks to be removed from the online art exhibition, website, or social media, we will do it immediately.
Please note that third parties such as educational institutions or individuals may download and save information and images from our website or any other websites with or without our knowledge.
Contemporary Art Curator Magazine will have no control over such downloading and subsequent use and therefore cannot accept responsibility for any such use.

Sales

Participating artists are responsible for art sales made on Online Art Exhibition, shipping and wrapping artwork to the buyers. Buyers contact artists directly to purchase the artwork.
We don't take any commission on all art sales.
Please note participating in Online Art Exhibition does not guarantee a sale. We can not guarantee that all participants will sell artworks.

Social Media

Sharing artworks on our social media does not guarantee a lot of followers or fame.

Fee

You agree that participation fee is non-refundable. If the exhibitor cancel their participation no refund will be issued.
