Biography

I began learning calligraphy at the age of ten. I never studied Art - everything what I create is what I feel.
Six years ago I started with creating calligrams, since then I had the chances showing my art at more than 50 different exhibitions and already won a few awards. I do not know yet where and when this adventure will end but till then I will enjoy every step I will do and am every day grateful to have the possibility to live my passion.

Artist Statement

What I want to give people is probably the most valuable commodity: time.
Our society today is driven by stress, pressure and rush. We humans have to learn to take our time again. Time for the details, time to discover things that cannot be seen at first glance.
And if you take the time to look at my art, you will discover something that you probably did not expect and then perhaps notice that it is sometimes worthwile to take a closer look.
