Iva Bogdanova (AKA BogdiFy)

Biography

BogdiFy’s abstract paintings are recognised for their specific use of colour contrasts and maliciously crafted repetitive details. Originally from Bulgaria, she is based in Switzerland, where after pursuing a scientific carrier she is nowadays entirely dedicated to painting activities. The feature that distinguishes BogdiFy from the other visual artists is the use of colour and shapes. The vibration of colours and geometric lines create a parallel universe belonging exclusively to her worldview. She creates artworks that celebrate the life, and bring the viewer’s attention into the traces the humankind leaves on the Earth while sparking social questions.
Her artworks were introduced and presented by international art galleries and events. BogdiFy actively supports the inclusion of people with differences. She maintains the saying that any difference is unique and gives the richness on the lifetime scale, up to the eternity. She is featured in the Power of Creativity 2022 catalogue of the Contemporary Art Curator Magazine.
