Biography

Chan Suk On was born and lives in Hong Kong. She graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Photographic Design. She gained her Masters of Arts in Fine Arts at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. On is an editor, photographer and artist. She is inspired by everyday life experiences. Her journey is going from documentary photography to conceptual art. Her artworks have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, China, United Kingdom, United States of America, Austria and Italy.

Artist Statement:
Her artwork is called “TT Portrait”. Emotions fluctuate every day. The heart is filled with sadness, disappointment, anger and helplessness. She reorganized photographic equipment to create different facial expressions. The images are beyond the words. Using different emoji is the king of the era. It is full of humor to connect the people. These series of photos are special for the photo lovers.
