Artist Statement

We live in challenging times. In the face of current difficulties, as artists we have a responsibility to our own community as well as to the world.
Covid has caused havoc and just about everyone has been affected directly or indirectly by the pandemic.
But we have a GREAT TOOL. And this is our ART.
We are blessed to be able to create and it is our responsibility to continue to share our creations with the purpose of raising the planetary vibrations and assist in the healing of our world.
Yes, today it is harder than ever to sell art. There is fear, uncertainties and generally people are more careful on how they spend their money.
But we must stay positive and commited to our calling, our path. Although many of us need to sell our work for a livlihood, I strongly believe that we must do whatever we can, to share our art with others. To bring beauty and upliftment to others. Painting is not the only reason for a paycheck. I believe we as artists have a far greater purpose in our lives. May we fulfill our soul’s purpose.
